It would be nice, but a snow-filled Christmas isn't really what this post is about.
A couple of weekends ago, Jaden, Jaxon and I spent the weekend in Abilene while Jason had a guys weekend. Nana and Pawpaw (my mom and dad) wanted us all to go to the historic Paramount Theatre in Abilene to see the movie "White Christmas." My sister and nephew, Cody, even came to town for this, so it was so much fun!
We got there early so we could walk around and look. Here are Jaden, Jaxon and Cody.
Then we went up to the balcony and they found Nana and Pawpaw down below.
After we walked around, Nana and Pawpaw thought we all needed some refreshments so they treated us to drinks and popcorn.

It was fun and the movie got long for my kids, but they still did really well. And, can you guess what Jaden's favorite Christmas song is this year? "I'mmmmmm dreamingggg of a Whiiiiiite Christmas...."
Just a side note about school: Jaden's teacher let them sing on the microphone in class the other day. Well, he got a turn at it, and, of course, sang this song. Mrs. Bowen said, "Jaden, you sound like Bing Crosby." That brought a smile to his face.
