This kid is!
Jaxon started baseball practice yesterday and was VERY excited! I mean VERY. Don't know how many times I heard, "Mom, how much longer 'til 5:30?" or "Mom, is it 5:30 yet?" Baseball attire is not an unusual day's wear in his wardrobe, but the past two days as he has gotten dressed every morning he tells me he needs to wear his baseball clothes so he'll be ready for practice.
He's playing coach pitch this year and has told me both days that practice was really fun. Can't wait to see what he thinks about the games. Here he is hitting today for the first time. He did a great job!
And here he is after asking his coach if he could play first base for a while.
I'm so excited for him! I KNOW he is going to do an excellent job, and I'm not just saying that 'cause I'm his Mom. :-) Ok. Maybe I am.
