A Fun Weekend

This past weekend we had our annual "Friends" Christmas with our good friends David and Conni and their daughter -- Allison -- from Abilene, and Gary and Toni and their daughters -- Laura, Hailey and Garyn -- from Lubbock.

Usually, they meet in the middle and come to Snyder, but we changed things up a bit this year.  We ended up going to the Vaughn's house in Lubbock.  We had a great time!

We usually exchange gifts which is always fun.  Here is the whole group of us about to open our presents:Then the rest of the time is spent eating and playing games and eating and playing games and eating and, well, you get the picture.  We play as many games as the kids will let us.  What was nice this year is that all of the kids, even our two boys, are just about old enough to do their own thing.  So, the girls kept our boys busy with games, too.
